Authenticity became a buzzword sometime around 2019, when it finally caught Esther’s attention and inspired a journey of self-discovery that continues to create peace in her life today.
In time, she discovered the slow movement, a philosophy that resonates with what she believes—walking as a form of transportation, eating plant-based foods, reducing consumption, making time for stillness, and breathing deeply—an intentional, authentic way to live.
Today, Esther meditates and practices yoga. She also does meaningful work that provides her with a sense of purpose, such as website design and nature photography. Some of her purely creative digital projects include making ebooks and guided meditations.
Photographing nature has given Esther a way to channel her feelings into something productive. It allows her to show appreciation for the natural world and incorporate it into her digital footprint, which has become her creative canvas and her sanctuary.
Small changes over time truly make a big difference.
